The bread is delicious! Each bread has the right texture, and sweetness. Once picked up some bread at 2pm, and it was still very delicious and well preserved. The only downside I can see, is they only accept cash. So be sure to have cash.
Not really proud of saying this, but I come here often. This little "sweet spot" has the freshest baked goodies I have ever tasted. My favorite here are the conchas, they are often coming straight out of the oven, so you get the nice warmth as you bite into it. I have moved some miles away, but I still take the drive here because they are truly the best. The bread is not too sweet like some other bakery shops tend to make, it is just right and the prices are reasonable. I will worn you however, they only accept CASH! I do believe they have an ATM near by, but it would be more convenient if they took credit/debit cards. Despite this minor down fall, this is a great place, the staff is welcoming, the bakery is clean and the sweets are amazing!
I haven't had Pan Dulce this good in a VERY long time. It takes me back to when I was little. Los Nidos are delicious! They're flaky on the outside and soft on the inside(center). My wife had a custard-filled Cuerno, and she loved it! We also had some of their Niño Muerto bread for Día de los Muertos: It was to die for. Haha, for real though, it's hands down the best panaderia in town. Can't wait to eat more of their pan! ❤️
La central bakery has a huge selection of very delicious pastries and the staff was very friendly. I left with 3 bags of pastries that cost less than a dozen of donuts at dunkin. I'm excited to go back for the pastries I missed. They don't accept credit/debit cards

Bread is sooooo good, this is a neighborhood staple.
The bread is delicious and soft. The bread is always great. I recently tried a tres leches cake. It wasn't good. It tasted very grany.
All the bakery bread 🍞 is always hot and fresh made dialy. I highly recommend this bakery for the best bread in town. Thank you.
Nostalgia, been going since a kid . bread quality is the best , it is a cash only place so no card. Morning is were you will fine warm fresh bread so it's the best time to go
